West Virginia's Promise will  mobilize communities, raise awareness and support policies that increase the support young people have in communities where they live, work and play.  Our mission is to mobilize state and local partners so every young person in West Virginia receives the Five Promises.  Our vision is all young people in West Virginia are prepared for success in school, work and life..
